Premium or Premium +ADL Membership

 

(+ADL = AdvoConnection Directory Listed)

There are a few steps to making your application to be a Premium or Premium +ADL member in The Alliance of Professional Health Advocates. 

We hope to make this as painless for you as possible!

What does it take to be listed in the AdvoConnection Directory?  Read more below.

 

Choose Premium

♦ If you have not yet launched your practice:

It’s very easy to become a Premium member. Simply fill out the application form.  You’ll be accepted for membership and will receive your invoice for payment. As soon as you have paid your dues, we will send you your Welcome email. That will be the notice that you are able to log in to take advantage of all the benefits of a Premium membership.

 


Choose Premium

♦ If you have launched your practice, but do not yet want to be listed in the AdvoConnection Directory, or have not yet fulfilled one of the requirements for being listed in the directory:

Fill out the application form. You’ll be accepted for membership and will receive your invoice for payment. As soon as you have paid your dues, we will send you your Welcome email. You will not yet be listed in the AdvoConnection Directory, but all the support you need to get listed will be available to you from the membership site.

 


Choose Premium

♦ If you are ready to be listed in the AdvoConnection Directory (= +ADL):

Adding your listing to the AdvoConnection Directory is a two step process:

Step One: you’ll fill out the Premium application form. This will get you logged into the membership area, giving you access to the Premium Dashboard and the many other benefits of membership.

Step Two: From the Premium Dashboard, you will find a prominent link to “Get Listed in the AdvoConnection Directory“. This is an easy application that will ask you for your liability insurance and website information, as per our directory listing requirements. As long as everything is in order, we usually approve these within a few hours (sometimes within minutes), throw the switch, and you’ll have access to the directory listing form so you can add your profile to the directory.

 


First year Premium and Premium +ADL dues are $289, unless you are affiliated with one of our APHA affiliates and are therefore entitled to a discount.  Dues in subsequent years are reduced to $259/year (no additional discounts.)

Our criteria are simple, fair and important. We do not make exceptions.

However, our goal is to list as many people in the directory as possible. The more listed, the more help patients and caregivers can receive!

So, even if you are not quite be eligible for a directory listing, you are invited to join as a Premium member. Premium membership will provide you with access to all membership benefits, including insurance and contact information, forms and contracts, and more.  We’ll support you as you acquire the pieces that are lacking, and then we’ll happily throw the switch to make sure you show up in the Directory, moving you up to Premium +ADL, as soon as you qualify.
